Job Purpose: Based in a family owned business in Crosby. Sous chef duties in a busy kitchen.
Main Responsibilities: To oversee the kitchen in the chef’s absence and meet high standards of food hygiene and professionalism. Will also train other team members.
Working Pattern: Earliest start is 9am and latest finish is 10pm. Mainly evenings and weekends.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Comments: National Minimum Wage for Age for first 3 months. After which there will be a pay review. Tips are shared equally between front and back of house staff.
