Job Purpose: To lead a small, dynamic team providing flexible, open-ended packages of support, advice and assistance to people who are/have been living on the streets, so that they are able to access, maintain and support the service user to sustain a safe and secure home of their own.
Main Responsibilities: Support the team to develop a creative approach to engaging those who are hard to reach and identify appropriate support for the service users. Motivate the team to achieve excellent Housing First standards and ensure accurate and effective monitoring of performance. Ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding standards are adhered to and reported appropriately.
Working Pattern: To be discussed, will be on call.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £28977.00
Maximum Salary: £34918.00
Comments: As a Housing First Senior Support Officer you will be based in one of the local authorities within the city region. An enhanced DBS will be conducted. Your contract will be until August 2022.
Minimum Qualification Comments: Educated to (or willing to work towards)a level 3 of the Regulated Qualifications Framework for England. Sector relevant vocational, technical and professional qualifications.
