Job Purpose: Based in seaforthResponsible for the management of all activities relating to the welfare, care and development of companions in the community.

Main Responsibilities: Delivery of high-quality support and resettlement services, ensuring companions are provided with a safe, supportive, person centred and secure environment; enabling them to move to achieve independence, resilience and wellbeing. The Community Leader is responsible for the management of the accommodation facilities and associated resources and will support the business operations when required.

Working Pattern: Five days with flexibility required to cover weekends etc.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £23000.00

Maximum Salary: £25000.00

Comments: Must have a full clean driving licence and willingness to drive Community vehicles when required

Minimum Qualification Comments: GCSEs or equivalent including passes in English and Maths Knowledge of Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Equality Act, professional boundaries and GDPR
