Waiting on Staff

Description:

A busy Grill/Restaurant have 2 vacancies for Waiters/Waitresses. Details are as follows;

Main Duties

• Greet customers and hand out menus.
• Take meal and beverage orders from customers.
• Make menu recommendations and inform customers of any specials.
• Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared.
• Check that customers are satisfied with their meal.
• Prepare the bill for tables when requested.
• Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid.
• Administer change to tables if needed.

• The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Working hours - Full time or part time. Hourly Rate - Minimum Wage, increasing with experience and competency.

Experience– Previous experience desirable, but not essential, as full training will be given.
