Basic Job Description- An enthusiastic and professional Office Administrator is required to support our busy back office team. Administrator Responsibilities Support Management \& Service Team

What the role involves: This is a well-rounded role - giving you exposure to all areas of the business. Reception duties - answering incoming phone calls and directing to other points in the business, handling any inbound queries Email correspondence with customers and colleagues Data Entry - inputting information onto the company's system and working with data sets in Excel Assisting with company invoicing Managing inbound queries, and delivering great customer service Office administration, paperwork, and filing Assisting with general accounts admin - supporting the wider team as needed Assisting with new business set up \& administration Regular inputting and updating of client information to our back-office software General office admin duties as required Standards and quality assurance: Maintain confidentiality Be proactive within the workplace. Administrator Requirements Good oral and written communication skills Competent skills in numeracy, literacy, and ICT Knowledge of a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Sage Accounts etc., to produce correspondence and documents Ability to motivate and organise self, plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines Professional attitude, ambitious and hardworking Responsible attitude with a willingness to be flexible and learn new skills. Dealing with inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Must have an exemplary telephone manner. Data collation for monthly reports.

Must be able to use Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook etc. General office duty tasks will ask to be performed. Be willing to learn and embrace new challenges.

Administrative Assistant Experience 1 year (preferred) but not essential tact, discretion, and respect for confidentiality team worker, reliability, and honesty Confident speaker with strong and clear verbal communication Good level of literacy for professional communication with customers Basic numeracy skills - Advanced ability advantageous Strong work ethic and commitment to working in a full-time job Exposure to an office environment (paid or unpaid) is advantageous but not required Salary will be commensurate with age and experience
