Kitchen Assistant

A busy Bar/Restaurant in Bootle is looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to work as part of a team within a busy kitchen.

You will be responsible for the cleanliness and equipment preparation in order for our kitchen team to provide the best service possible. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Keep the storeroom organised, outside areas tidy and back corridors/fridges and freezers in good condition.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitised.
