Line Cook

Description:

A busy, seafront Restaurant in Southport, is looking to recruit a Cook, with at least 6 months experience within the hospitality sector. Full training will also be provided.

Key responsibilities will be as follows;

  • to assist the Kitchen Team in ensuring the completion of opening and closing of the kitchen,
  • prepare, cook and present food to company specification,
  • keep the kitchen clean, tidy and hygienic at all times,
  • maintain accurate food ordering and stocking levels, including kitchen materials, manage wastage and train and develop staff.

Hours of work - Full-time or Part-time, permanent contract 30 hours per week, working between 11am and 12pm.
