The Bosco Society in Bootle are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager.
Experience and Skills:
Experience of managing a supported accommodation service with a vulnerable and diverse group of customers.
Pay Type: Monthly salary
Contract Type: Permanent – subject to a satisfactory six-month probationary period.
Job Purpose:
Work closely with the Manager and Board of Trustees to develop the organisations long-term strategy, budget and business plan and ensure it complies with the law and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
Build relationships with a variety of people to advance the organisation’s aims from beneficiaries and staff members to Commissioners and strategic partners.
Provide supervision, appraisal and staff development opportunities with staff.
Establish a framework of Bosco Society’s policies and procedures to ensure the provision of an effective, efficient, and qualitative financial support facility, through the management, development, maintenance, and monitoring of systems, planning and communication appertaining to the financial and general administration of the organisation.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday full-time 37.5 hours. On-Call required.
Salary: £34,866.00 (plus on-call allowance £5265 per annum) Total £40,131.00.
Comments: Enhanced DBS will be required.
Minimum Qualification Comments: Recognised formal care, support or housing qualification. Informal visits will be arranged, if selected for interview.
