In partnership with one of our preferred training providers, Sefton@Work are offering to recruit and train retail/customer service staff in time for Autumn/Christmas opportunities.
The training can be tailored to meet the individual employers needs and may include their own induction practices as part of the course.
The individuals will continue to claim benefit and be supported through-out the process.
We ask that the employer then carries out their own interviews and make offers of employment thereafter.
We will need a minimum of 15 meaningful opportunities, either with one business or we are happy to provide this as a consortium approach.
As a Local Authority we advocate for roles that are not zero hours contracts even though they might be seasonal.
