Job Purpose: Supporting Living Service consisting of service users who live in the house in Waterloo as tenants. The service provision offers a personalised service to vulnerable adults, aged over 18 years who have learning disabilities and/or autism. Full job description available below.

Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will participate, on a rota basis, in the day to day running of the Supported Living Scheme. You will work with service users in a variety of settings to promote greater choice, skill development, independence and inclusion.

Working Pattern: There is a requirement to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays in accordance with a planned rota. Sleep in duties are also required for which you will receive an additional payment.

Hours of Work: Part Time

Minimum Salary: £17619.00

Maximum Salary: £20521.00

Minimum Qualification Comments: A Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent is essential.
