Job Purpose: Working as part of an integrated team delivering care and housing related support in a 30-bed residential home in Netherton

Main Responsibilities: The post holder will be part of a team ensuring an environment is provided where service users feel secure and comfortable. The successful person will support individuals with daily living tasks, reporting directly to their line manager any aspect of service user care, that requires investigation or urgent action. Complete effective, timely and appropriate records and information such as case notes, medication charts and have an awareness of confidentiality. Full job description and person spec below.

Working Pattern: Monday - Sunday

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £8.85

Maximum Salary: £8.85

Comments: An Enhanced DBS Check is required. Competitive rate of pay Up to 33 days leave Paid DBS check Occupational sick pay Pension with company contribution Paid training and induction Ongoing support from a dedicated manager

Minimum Qualification Comments: A Diploma in Health & Social Care Level 2 or equivalent is desirable.
