Job Purpose: Experienced Service Advisor will be responsible for all aspects of excellent customer service within the garage's service department

Main Responsibilities: Greeting customers as they drop off their vehicle for servicing, updating them throughout the day as to whether there is additional work that needs to be carried out and informing them of the costs involved. You will liaise with the workshop and motor factors to obtain regular progress updates, producing invoices for the customer and generally ensuring that the whole service process runs smoothly for the from start to finish. You will maintain data quality by accurately and vigorously collecting, managing and inputting all customer contact and vehicle data into an IT system.

Working Pattern: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £16000.00

Maximum Salary: £18000.00

Comments: Competitive salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
