Experience and Skills: You will : - Be willing to work towards NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care Have a caring and compassionate nature Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team Have a willingness to undertake any aspects of care or non-care duties Have basic IT skills and familiar with Microsoft Office Be flexible to working long hours on a rota basis

Job Purpose: After Care (NW) Ltd are looking to recruit compassionate, self motivated individuals who have the desire to make a difference to the lives of young people they look after.

Main Responsibilities: To ensure the young people are supervised as specified in their Care Plan. To assist them with budgeting, cooking, personal hygiene and maintaining high standards in their accommodation. To ensure the health needs are met & all relevant information is obtained, collated, filed, updated and accessible.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week plus sleep in duties. Salary is £20,970, inclusive of 6 sleep in duties per month.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £20970.00

Comments: Enhanced DBS check will be required. Full JD, including benefits is available to download.

Minimum Qualification Comments: Essential: Good level of numeracy and literacy; Desirable: NVQ3 or equivalent in Children & Young People Desirable: Driving licence
