Job Purpose: To assist the manager in the day to day running of the children’s home.
Main Responsibilities: To lead staff ,delegating effectively and appropriately. To assist the manager with monitoring costs, staffing and rotas, to ensure the requirements of the children’s needs are met. Ensure all staff are aware of their responsibilities in relation to adherence of policies, both in the home, the organisation and those set out in Children’s Legislation and Regulations. To assist the manager dealing with any concerns, complaints or safeguarding issues.
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, between 8am until 10pm to include sleeps on a rota basis.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £20000.00
Maximum Salary: £23000.00
Comments: Enhanced DBS required
Minimum Qualification Comments: Level 3 NVQ (Children & Young People)
