Job Purpose: To support the network of branches across the UK with customer service issues.

Main Responsibilities: Answering calls and correspondence relating to customer service Handling any rental customer queries / bill queries Handling customer complaints and resolving issues Handling and forwarding other issues to the appropriate team Providing feedback to staff on customer service issues to branches Reporting on customer service scores and seeking innovative ways to boost these and star ratings for all branches

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri

Hours of Work: Full Time

Maximum Salary: £9.00

Comments: Can possibly accommodate between 24-30 hours

Minimum Qualification Comments: An interest in or knowledge of cars/vehicles would help A clean driving licence would be an advantage. Fluency in more than one language (in additional to excellent English) would be advantageous as we regularly attend to customers from across the globe.
