Job Purpose: Based in Crosby Ensure that all menu dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities: Ensuring good hygiene and health and safety at all times. Preparing ingredients and completing menu dishes. Helping with deliveries of stock. Keeping all areas of the kitchen clean and tidy. May be required to run the kitchen 2 days per week in the absence of head chef.

Working Pattern: 10am - 9pm. Flexibility required for Friday and Saturday.

Hours of Work: Full Time

Comments: Easy bus and train links to the restaurant. Wage is negotiable depending on experience

Minimum Qualification Comments: NVQ level 2 preferred. College leavers will be considered.
