Job Purpose: To take inbound calls on behalf of Scottish power

Main Responsibilities: Dealing with customers in a contact centre environment. Once trained you will deal with queries from customers. You will use their management system to update customer records.

Working Pattern: Shifts including weekends

Hours of Work: Full Time

Minimum Salary: £17000.00

Maximum Salary: £17000.00
