Job Purpose: Based in Crosby. You will be required to ensure that all menu dishes are prepared with attention to detail and to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities: In the absence of the Head Chef you will be required to manage the kitchen brigade, motivate the team, share knowledge, train and develop chefs within the team especially with regards to health and hygiene safety procedures and food standards.
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7.
Hours of Work: Full Time
Minimum Salary: £4.20
Maximum Salary: £7.83
